01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between nonok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and you, the registered user or visitor ("you", "your", "the User"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality available through nonok.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

Your continued use of the nonok platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this document.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are equally binding on registered users.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the nonok platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. nonok strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all account registrations, deposits, and withdrawals. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending verification.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one registered account on nonok. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances associated with the duplicate accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion that you have previously placed with nonok or any other gaming platform.

nonok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.

03 Account Rules

Upon successful registration, nonok will create a single Taka-denominated wallet account for you. The following rules govern the use and maintenance of your account:

• Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nonok will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify nonok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account Currency: All balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nonok does not operate multi-currency accounts.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be subject to an inactivity administrative fee, the details of which will be communicated to the registered email address or mobile number prior to any deduction.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the nonok support team via live chat. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

nonok supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. nonok reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds with prior notice.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your nonok wallet balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Card deposits may take up to five (5) minutes to process.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within 10 to 30 minutes under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform volume or when additional verification is required.
• Verification Requirement: nonok reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Users must ensure their registered mobile wallet number matches the name on their nonok account.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will, wherever technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. nonok may exercise discretion in applying this rule on a case-by-case basis.
• Transaction Fees: nonok does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider are outside of nonok's control and are borne by the user.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

nonok may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback rewards, and other promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer.
• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available only to eligible registered users as defined by the individual promotion terms. nonok reserves the right to exclude any user from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Single Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each eligible user may claim each promotion only once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not used or withdrawn within the stated validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• Game Contribution: Not all games may contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Modification: nonok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This right extends to the adjustment of wagering requirements, maximum win caps, and game contribution rates.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on nonok are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: nonok reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after a market has been suspended, bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, or bets that appear to exploit a technical error on the platform.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by sport, market type, and user account tier.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned without a sufficient portion of play having occurred, or if nonok determines that the bet was placed in error or in breach of these Terms.
• Results Settlement: All results are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a dispute, nonok's determination of the official result shall be final.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match events. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be accepted or rejected at nonok's discretion based on the state of play at the time of submission.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data feed failure that results in the display of clearly incorrect odds or game outcomes, nonok reserves the right to void all affected bets and restore the platform to its correct state.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nonok platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers or odds discrepancies.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under the identity of another person.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration or verification.
• Using the platform in any manner that constitutes, facilitates, or assists in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform if you are a nonok employee, director, contractor, or an immediate family member of any of the foregoing.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the nonok platform, its software, or its underlying infrastructure.

08 Responsible Gaming

nonok is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all users. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling is causing financial, emotional, or social harm.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account settings dashboard. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase to a deposit limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set session duration reminders that notify them when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the nonok platform — including but not limited to the nonok brand name and logo, website design, layout, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and all other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of nonok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nonok platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without nonok's prior written consent.

Game titles, studio names (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and associated branding remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the nonok platform under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nonok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond nonok's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Inaccuracies in live data feeds or odds caused by upstream data provider errors.

The nonok platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nonok makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond entertainment gaming.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

nonok collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nonok employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the platform to protect data in transit. Passwords are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes and are never accessible in plain text by nonok staff. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between you and nonok, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through nonok's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team.

All disputes, claims, or complaints must be submitted to nonok in writing (including via email to [email protected]) within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. nonok will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days.

These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language for all contractual interpretations. Any translation provided for user convenience is non-binding.
